Totally worth it!!!

A long day at the hospital with a Christmas baby. She was born @2:05 am and weighed 8lbs 3oz. She has the chubbiest cheeks and is so precious. Santa even came by to see her in the hospital.

Here we are getting ready to go to the hospital to be induced for labor on Christmas Eve. Ready or not at 40 weeks pregnant.

Our little treck up into the woods was fun, but didn't make the baby any more anxious to come out. We cut our little tree with the chainsaw that smoked a little much in the beginning making it hard to breath and see. Although it is small and scragly, the tree we chose is perfect for us. We will make it beautiful with lights and ornaments.

Just for fun this is Ellie, our four legged family member. She loved to chase wasps for some reason, but one got the best of her. Her lip was swollen for a few hours and she would only lay on the deck. I had hoped she learned her lesson, but the next day she was chasing them again by the apple trees.

36 Weeks

No news...

We have been pretty busy this fall. I don't think Lucus and I fully know what to expect with a baby coming, but we are excited. We almost finished the baby room, with a lot of help from our brother-in-law (he paints). Also we have been collecting items we think we could use when she comes. I am feeling huge at this time, but have a few more weeks. Who knows when the arrival date will be. I do procrastinate though and I keep telling myself all the things I need to get done beforehand. Besides Christmas shopping, there are other things that are needing my attention. However unprepared we may be, I know that it will still be awesome and exciting. I will try to put some pics up for fun. I am 36 weeks in these pics and am steadily now gaining weight, although last week I lost a pound-interesting.
